I was not notified of my order

I placed the pre order few months back and when It finally arrived in the store I was not notified that it was ready for pick up, I have selected to be notified via SMS and via email, And regardless I was not notified, when I saw that this pop has been released already, I contacted the store to find out when will I be receiving my order, I was notified that it was ready for pickup and I was notified via email, I told them that I never received any email, they mentioned that, they sent it from there end. I asked to confirm if they have my correct email, and they did but I still haven't received the email to this day.

Overall I received the pop in great condition, I just cautiously wait for my order as I would like to get my hands on it as soon as I can and it would be great if I was notified once it became available rather than me contacting the store to find out.
